Take a bit of time to list what you do that makes you respect yourself and others.  Make a second list of what others do that make you feel respected. You now have two lists. The first is how you respect others and the second list is how you want to be treated. These lists define who you are.  Remember the words who and how have the same letters just presented in a different order.  Both words are necessary to be a respectful human being.

Please remember to respect and value yourself.  I encourage you to sit down sometime this week and write out who you are in your highest and how you wish to demonstrate that.
