Joan Borysenko is the author and she quoted “Burn out is a disorder of hope and will suck the life out of competent, idealistic, hardworking people. Revival from Burn Out is always about the recovery of lost authenticity. It is waking up to who we are and realizing that heaven is not a destination but a state of mind.”

Here are some easy de-stressors to try or add to your already active list:

meditation (try my new CD for easy implementation), hobbies, positive affirmation, prayers, scripture, good time with friends, exercise, humor, spiritual involvement, volunteering……. Choose to never be a prisoner of urgency. For some, everything will seem urgent.
