People must know and LOVE themselves first and foremost. This process begins with making a commitment to be willing to love every aspect of yourself without judgment or condition, especially the parts you wish were different. Each and every one of us is perfectly imperfect and we must love our self unconditionally. This is the step to really open ourselves up to fully loving others.
