Dear Coach Sherry,
I have frequently encountered others on the spiritual path who are content that they are living at a “greater” or “higher” level, sort of a one-puma ship attitude. Since I am practicing the life art of Avoiding Judgment, what can you suggest as a response that remains compassionate?
Practicing the art of non-judgmental living is very honorable. It is not easy when you feel you are being judged. The most compassionate response could be no response. Remember compassion comes from your heart, not your mouth. Ask yourself if you really need to respond in words. Send compassion and acceptance for the other’s path from your heart.
