We all build our lives around rituals, the way we start our day to the way we end our day, there is ritual after ritual involved. Whenever you hear someone say “Oh I always do it this way”, there is a ritual. Or when you hear “I never go anywhere without… “ , again there is a ritual involved. Most all religious services present rituals. Most of all our beliefs are ritualistic of sorts. What are your most spiritual rituals?
