My daughter is 3 months pregnant with her second child. She has not toned up from her first pregnancy. What guidance can you provide to assist me in promoting her physical care and enhancing her professional appearance which is critical for her job performance?

I certainly can appreciate your concern for your daughter’s well-being. I am believing from your question that your daughter is healthy other than her weight and tone. That is a blessing.

Has your daughter expressed a concern regarding these issues? Has her physician spoke to her about her weight? If the answers to these questions are no, then I would suggest you stay out of it. Certainly you could encourage her and support her by inviting her to go for walks with you. Another positive way to support her is to share healthy food recipes.  I trust you will be a grandmother of a healthy grandchild and your daughter will remain healthy during and after her pregnancy.
